To delete personal data from the Auro AI app, go to My Auro > My account > Delete account and confirm. After confirmation, your personal data will be removed from this application as described.

In general, we will complete deletion or anonymization of your personal data in the app and on our servers within 15 business days after receiving a deletion request, unless a longer period is required by law.

As part of the app’s functionality, and in accordance with your instructions and authorization, the app may collect contact lists, images, media, notifications, SMS-related data, and upload it to your smartwatch. Such data is processed only briefly and is not shared with any third party.

You should understand that no data storage system or transmission over the Internet or other public networks can be guaranteed 100% secure.
